Stock replenishment: how to send inventory to a fulfillment warehouse
Stock replenishment is sending new merchandise from the seller to the fulfillment warehouse so there are units available to prepare orders.
It is declared before sending: which SKU, how many units and when they arrive. The warehouse expects it, receives it, counts the units and only then is the stock available to sell.
Declaring a replenishment does not add stock: stock updates when the merchandise physically arrives. Selling before it arrives creates back orders.

How Stock replenishment works in our operation
In MailAmericas' Self-Service Portal the replenishment is created with the New Replenishment button, stating SKU, quantities and expected date. The merchandise is sent to the Miami warehouse labelled by SKU, and when received the status changes to "Received / Under review" and the stock becomes available.
