The information displayed in the tracking system is based on proprietary operational data and/or data provided by third parties involved in the logistics chain (including, without limitation, transport operators, customs agents, government authorities, and last-mile operators). MailAmericas makes reasonable efforts to keep the published information up to date; however: ● The information may not reflect real-time updates. ● There may be delays in data loading or synchronization. ● Certain operational events may not be immediately visible. The reported status may depend on data provided by third parties, over which MailAmericas has no direct control. Delivery timeframes that may be indicated are estimated and approximate. Such timeframes may be affected by multiple factors, including —without limitation—: ● Customs processes and controls ● Regulatory or health inspections ● Local restrictions or requirements of the destination country ● Errors or incomplete information provided by the sender or recipient ● Adverse weather conditions ● Labor disputes ● Logistics contingencies ● Interruptions in transport services ● Force majeure events Tracking information does not constitute a guarantee of delivery on a specific date nor does it generate additional liability beyond what may arise under the contractual terms applicable to the corresponding logistics service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable regulations, MailAmericas shall not be liable for: ● Delivery delays ● Differences between the displayed information and the actual operational status of the shipment ● Temporary interruptions of the tracking system ● Errors derived from information provided by third parties involved ● Decisions made by the User based on information published in the tracking tool MailAmericas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the tracking tool at any time, without this generating any right to compensation.

5. PUBLISHED INFORMATION

MailAmericas strives to ensure that the information contained on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. MailAmericas reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time without prior notice. Continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Site is not guaranteed.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9. INDEMNIFICATION

The User agrees to hold harmless and defend MailAmericas, its affiliated and related companies, directors, administrators, employees, representatives, agents, and suppliers (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties"), against any claim, action, demand, administrative or judicial proceeding, sanction, fine, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees and court costs) arising from or related to: ● Improper, irregular, or unauthorized use of the Site ● Non-compliance with these Terms of Use ● Violation of any applicable regulations by the User ● Infringement of third-party rights, including —without limitation— intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or data protection ● False, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the User through the Site ● Any negligent, willful, or unlawful conduct by the User in connection with the use of the Site The indemnification obligation shall survive even after the User's access to or use of the Site has ended. MailAmericas reserves the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case the User must reasonably cooperate in such defense.

10. MODIFICATIONS

MailAmericas may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The current version will be the one published on the Site with its corresponding update date. Continued use of the Site will imply acceptance of the current version.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the legislation applicable according to the MailAmericas entity operating in the corresponding jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts as determined by said jurisdiction.
